–Do you have a preferred vendor list?

Yes. We work with many event professionals on a regular basis and can provide you with a list.


–When can we tour the Courtyard on St. James Place?

We are open for tours Monday through Saturday and select Sundays.


–Do you have a kitchen on site?

Yes. We proudly serve chef-prepared menus for all events as well as lunch.


–How flexible are your menus?

Very. We customize all of our menus according to each bride's taste and individuality.


–Can I upgrade my wines?

Of course. We have a wine professional on site who can help you select the perfect wine for your event.


–Do you have a bridal changing salon?

Yes. We have two salons on site for the bridal party.


–Can I take my bridal portraits there?

Certainly. Simply please contact one of our Event Managers to schedule your portraits.


–Do you offer menu tastings?

We offer complementary tastings for four with every package. It's the best way to ensure your menu is perfect for your event.

–Do you help with wedding planning?

Yes, we have an event professional on site to answer any questions you may have and provide guidance. Our Event Managers will work directly with you or with your planner.


–How many event spaces do you have?

We have three beautiful rooms to accommodate any size event.


–Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.


–Do you offer weekend tours?

Yes we do. Just call to schedule an appointment.


–What's included in our room?

All our rooms are equipped with bone china, flatware, glassware, linens, votives, tables, chairs, bubble bowls and candelabras.


–Can you hold my date?

Absolutely. Call one of our event professionals for a proposal.


–Can I bring my own alcohol or catering?

No. We are a fully functioning licensed venue.


–Do you provide decorations?

Yes. We have bubble bowls and silver candelabras. And you are more than welcome to embellish or provide your own.


–How many hours come with an event?

Afternoon events are three hours; evening events are four, with the option of adding additional time.
